INTRODUCTION
Employability skills can be described as a the skills which is needed by the individual so
they make them Employable (Stoner and Milner, 2010). As along with the great knowledge
about the good technical skills and subject through which employers often outline the skills
which they demands from the employee. These employability is based on the skills, attitudes,
behaviours and knowledge and how to use the assess so they will carry out and perform at their
best. This assignment is going to present the development of the employment skills and the
increase of the self awareness. It also includes the appraise of the carrier development and local,
regional, global sources through which relevant to the carrier ambitions, ideas and intrastate
(Rao, 2010).
TASK 1
1. Employability skills and Increase self awareness in the context of carrier development .
For enhancing the employability they need some skills and elements which help them to
improve and focus more. There are many factors which an employer employability skills like
when they look for the recruiting such as :-
 Strong communication skills which help in the organisation.
 Team work it is important to achieve the organisational objectives and goals.
 Problem solving should be his priority and try to understand the issue and resolve
them.
 Planning and organising is the key of the company they should compel them for
raising growth and success..
 Self management along with time manage too so they do all their work by
instance (Ju, and Pacha, 2012).
Self awareness is the domain of the individual growth and the success. There are few elements
which help them in progressing and developing the self awareness are as follows :-
 Mediate is the practice through which they improve themselves by focusing
which help them to achieve success.
 Key plans and priorities should be known by the the individual so they clear their
target vision.

 Strategies should be made by the individual which assist them and help them in
where they are now and where they want to be (.Gravells, 2010).
2. Theories of carrier development .
There are various theories which help individuals in the carrier developments are as
follows :-
Sociology Theory :- This is concerned at the primary level regarding the social status
which affect to the school level and then it turned into the occupational level achieved. This
theory is expanded and intervening various social psychological process like plans, attainments,
further educational accomplish, along with the status of the parental years. Basically it influence
the flows from the parental status to important others (Woodley and Sims, 2011).
Roe's personality development Theory :- Roe interact with the environment and
heredity which is most essential in the child to develop and improve person's orientation. This
will lead to adopt an occupation which requires quite high levels of the interactions with others
which indirectly and directly affect in the root of carrier developments.
Trait and factor theory :- In this theory they make the conceptual framework for the
carrier development regarding the decision making. They analyse their own strength and
weaknesses of the attribute and the other traits. Carrier choices based on the aforementioned
information through which provide the basis of carrier decision making (de Guzman and Choi,
2013).
3. Sources of global, regional and local opportunities to carrier interest, ideas, ambitions.
There are in different sectors and according to they decide the carrier interest, ideas, and
ambitions where totally lie on their. Some of them are as follows :-
Global Level :- In this internationally sector, an individual personality get more
opportunity to enhance and create themselves and there is the place where along with the
opportunities they will be able to complete their ambitions. This is open and progressive sector
for the talented one.
Regional level :- In this regional level., Individual get good chances to enhance their
carrier development and enough opportunities to establish themselves. They will get good pay
scale, restraint and great number of opportunities.
Local level :- They will be get payable but less then regional and global, there are very
few opportunities are present in the market. They can do job by utilising the employability skills

but very few chances of the enhancement and growth of the carrier development (Baker and
Henson, 2010).

making the carrier. The employment skills are found in various levels but there is fluctuation in
