INTRODUCTION
Employability skills can be defined those skills that are
required to be present in the individual in order to get a
job. An organisation require various skills in order to
accomplish several tasks to perform a job which helps
company to achieve success. Employee should possess
these skills to perform in a better manner in the company.

3.1 Role of Individuals working together to achieve
common goal
Various roles played by individuals of Wellington Hospital
are:
 Resource Investigator - They are market extroverts
which are always in a hurry of getting new opportunity.
 Co-Ordinator -They act as Group-Counsellor for the
other team members, as they share common goal.
 Shaper - They act as Group-Counsellor for the other
team members, as they share common goal.
 Specialists - It include people who are specialist in their
work zone area.

3.2 Analysis of team dynamics
Team dynamic plays an important role, because it become
difficult for such health organisation to easily cope up
with changing situations. Every member in a team is
having different prospective and way of thinking which is
entirely contrary from other personnel which ultimately
gives rise to conflict environment. Wellington Hospital
can uses strategies to analyse and improve their team
dynamics. They are :-
 Know your team - It is very essential for any
organisation to know about their personnel. Their pros and
cons helps in guiding them in a better way.

solve the issues of their employees as early as they can.
 Defines Roles and Responsibilities - personnel should

3.3 Alternative way to complete task and team
goals
Substitute strategies for completing task in more
productive way are as follows :
Team charter - It performs the duty of assigning specific
task and activities to team member keeping in mind
their skills and capability of each personnel
 Performance Strategies - Wellington Hospital is
required to lay out the short and long term objectives,
make a plan of action according to which task has been
distributed among the other co-workers.

required to develop charter which is focused and
competent in defining the roles and duties to employees.
It tries to maximize the productivity of workforce.

CONCLUSION
According to this report, it is clear that employee skills are
important for development and improvisation of function
of organisation. A company have to face many issues and
disputes in their working environment but they can solve
it easily if the employees are efficient.
