INTRODUCTIONEmployability skills refers to the capability of the individual to be skilled and educatedto satisfy the employers that they can be the part of their organisation and can play active role inattaining the ultimate goals of the organisation (Andrews and Russell, 2012). The present reportdeals with the employability module that helps to frame the career of the individuals with theassurance of their development. This report also states that the employability skills also helps todevelop the overall personality of the person along with the enhanced productivity of thebusiness too. This report also states various sources of regional and global opportunities that arenecessary for the career development. TASK 1Identify two networking eventsCareer fairs- The career fairs are organized specially for all kids of people who intend to starttheir career in different fields. The career fair will include different streams of education offeredby colleges and universities in which counsellors will give counselling related to get admissionin management field.Chamber of commerce events- Another important networking events is related to creatingbusiness relationship with various businesses using workshops, charity function (de Guzman andChoi, 2013).
