Key learning experiences at university
There are many attributes and qualities to be exhibited by manager. As per the views
of Hunt and Weintraub (2016), human resources managers have to understand

various key learning experiences obtained during training session at university are
mentioned as following:

Summary Reflection
With the help of PDP, I have identified my strength and weaknesses. In addition, I
have analysed the opportunities that will be provided within this profession along with
the threats. It is evident that I have sufficient knowledge regarding qualities as a
manager. In addition, I have proper access to knowledge and literature sources. This
will enable me to gain knowledge pertaining to employability laws and regulations.
However, I need to work upon my communication skills as I find it difficult to convey
my views and ideas in front of my peers. As I have learnt in university that
interpersonal skills form to be an important aspect for manager, lack of
communication skills will lessen my impact as managers. In addition, my employees
will not be able to communicate their problems effectively. Moreover, I need to be
