In Travelodge, following are the two major issues based on work, as follows: Internal conflicts. Issues related to ethics (Omar and et. al., 2012). This is because communication helps to create an actual channel among workers working at assorted department of respective company. Ethical issues: It refers to issue that are concerned purely with ethics and ethical policies of business entities. Solving these, issues assist companies to effectively operate its functions and activities. Activities like employee theft, unfair practices etc. are just against ethical policies of a business entity, which can lead to conflicts within a business organization.
