It is most vital fact that while operating day-to-day activities, it is normal that different
problem may arise. Various people are interested in business organization and having different
perspective about company. In this relation, it is observed that conflicts on different matters are
generally arise in organization due to management and employees. In Travelodge, following are the
two major issues based on work, as follows:
 Internal conflicts.
 Issues related to ethics (Omar and et. al., 2012).
The major grounds behind some kind of difference is because of improper connection and
communication link. This is because communication helps to create an actual channel among
workers working at assorted department of respective company. Some of these are defined below: Internal conflicts: In business world, it has been figure out that there are number of issues
and other elements due to which many time company faces situation of internal conflicts. In
this situation production process lower down and company missies to develop valuable
results. Some of the major reasons due to which internal conflicts arises in Travelodge such
as lack of communication, improver motivation and guidance and other personal problems.
In order to overcome these conflicts and issues and reduces the reasons of problem
responsible managers of company are requires to effectively work on them so that
profitability can be increased. In Travelodge, leader make use of software called spark that
helps in easy communication, make use of incentive pocliy so that working employees gets
motivation (Lauring, 2011).
 Ethical issues: It refers to issue that are concerned purely with ethics and ethical policies of
business entities. Solving these, issues assist companies to effectively operate its functions
and activities. Activities like employee theft, unfair practices etc. are just against ethical
policies of a business entity, which can lead to conflicts within a business organization.
