It can be evaluated from the case that management
faces issues regarding the high employee attrition rate
and low employee morale. Thus, it affects the
productivity of employees at workplace. It affects their
performance and thus success of firm also gets
influenced. Therefore, in order to overcome such
problem, it is required that management needs to take
sound communication with their workers so that best
relationship can be developed.

It is essential for Travelodge hotel to set KPI’s (Key
Performance Indicator) for their workers so that their
job roles can be defined clearly. Also, an agreement
can be made in relation to develop set minimum unit
of production per day and thus encourage them to
lower employee attrition rate by encouraging them to
overcome the issue. With the help of this, firm will be
able to obtain standard production per day in the form
of customer attraction and thus employees of hotel will
be clear that they need to function in order to satisfy
the needs of customers.
