INTRODUCTION
Reflection is the process of adopting the education and knowledge in definite manner
from where an individual person can be able to express their feeling and emotions and can
aware other individual to understand it in better manner. Reflections is a skill and ability an
individual person should have from where the person can share their past experience to their
people from where each person can be able to understand the situation and can be aware of
not repeating the same situation in future time (Swenson and Stadie, 2019). The present report
will illustrate the reflective report with utilising the appropriate reflective model named
Gibbs model of reflection where it will describe the reflection detail about the employability
and study skill.
MAIN BODY
Gibbs model of reflection
One of the most useable model of reflection is Gibbs where the people utilise this form of model
in regular manner because it is quite easy and simple to use and reflect the information in
definite manner. However, this model is consisted of six stages which are description, feelings,
analysis, evaluation, action and conclusion. Here, demonstrating these six stages in detailed
manner which will enable the individual to understand it in definite manner.
Description: The first factor refers an individual to convey and express the detail situation of
their experience where I want to share my past academic experience which helped me a lot in
gaining the employability and study skills (Nalawade, More, and Bhola, 2019). When I was at
my academic session, my tutor has given me a project where I am required to complete and
submit it in the particular set deadline. My tutor has given me an opportunity to express my
knowledge and talent in that project from where they can be able to understand my education and
what skill and ability I had. When my tutor give me chance to express my skill and knowledge I
was not that much prepared during that time but it was the only chance to reflect my personality
and skill from which the tutor can be able to proud on me and can become good student of the
class. However, it was the time to express my talent and education which I learnt and now it was
the tie to reflect it in good purpose from where I can be able to reflect and convey my skill and
ability at definite level (Raitskaya and Tikhonova, 2019).
Feelings: The second stage of reflective model define the feelings where now it is the time to
express the feeling and emotions an individual face during the particular past experience

situation. When my tutor give me an opportunity to create a project at first I was quite nervous
