INTRODUCTIONEmployability is the term which refers to one's ability to gain, maintain employments andgetting new employment if company feels the requirement of some skilled individuals (Blom andSaeki 2011). The term employability has meaning as having a complete set of knowledge, skillsunderstanding and personal attributes that an individual will choose and save occupation inwhich they will feel satisfied and successful. The employability in very simple way is defined asan ability of being competent of having and doing work. A person's employability depends onseveral things as first, knowledge as what they are knowing, second, skills as what they will dowith his knowledge and last one is person's attitude as how they will approach things. Thisassignment is based on TESCO which is a British multinational retailer that provides grocery andhave headquarter in England. This assignment has covers the explanation and purpose of jobdescription and person specifications along with it has a CV for particular job role and also havetwo competencies with statement.TASK 11. The purpose of job description Job description is a general document in which tasks, responsibilities and duties areexplained for the particular job. It is a general, broad and statements which comes in written andhas base on the findings or result of a job analysis. The job description involves some dutiesscopes, purpose and work conditions of the work also involves the title of the job. Thisdescription of job also states the name of the person to whom an employee needs to report. Insimple terms, description of job includes its related data which found as useful in order to give inadvertisements for specific work it helps in attract larger number of talent the process of jobdescription has also involve the intelligence, memory, leadership skills, value and ethics,creativity and manners (Cottrell 2015). TESCO is a grocery chain they are running with manystores hence if they recruit new person for some work then they needs to explain the job which iscomes in job description process.
