were being selected from Taiwan and 157 from the United States. Basis were set reflecting to
employees within a collective culture would be more likely to indicate they would make an
unethical decision that benefits the organization (H1), employees from individualist cultures
would be more likely to indicate they would make an unethical decision for personal benefit
(H2), employees from individualist cultures would be more likely to speak their minds openly
about their organization’s unethical practices without regard to the conflict it may cause (H3),
employees from collective cultures would be no more or less likely to report that they would
make an unethical decision when no apparent personal or organizational benefit is perceived
(H4). For the second article analysis with respect to testing validity of culture-specific
argument as an explanation to quality management techniques were being taken into
consideration. Following with articles the framework of 4 player model and group thinking
respectively was being included.
From the evaluation of presented article common thread that can be pointed from all
reflects towards working conditions within the business firm. This highlights better terms under
which coordinative tasks could be performed with respect to effective workings. Under the term,
several discussions were being made with respect to ethical decision-making by culture being
followed in the operational firm. In addition to this, several aspects of the operational firm in
terms of quality management were also being taken into consideration (Chew and et. al., 2019).
Furthermore, critical discussions were being made with respect to using Kantor’s Four-player
model. For the stated framework positive working environment in the operational firm was being
taken into consideration. In the process of being complex business activities and operations were
