“Employees are an important asset in an organization”
It has been investigated that employees are considered as an important asset of the
organization. If employees are not there in the workplace then it can create difficult situation to
manage the activities of the workplace. There are various factors that determine the behavior of
the people in the workplace and employees are also shaped by considering the own culture of the
organization. It has been examined that employees behave in a different manner at work and it is
important to focus on behavior of the employees so that behavior of the employees can be
managed (Argyris, 2017).
It is essential for the employees to respect each other so that it can be easy to create
positive environment in the workplace. If an employee is conveying their messages in a rude
manner then it is known as an unethical act. It has also been seen that the behavior of the
employees affect the routine activities of the company. The behavior of the individual is
concerned with the satisfaction level related to job. In the recent scenario, it can be seen that the
company emphasizes on maintaining the satisfaction level of the workers who are maintaining
the routine activities. If the employees are focusing on completing the task then it is important to
focus on enhancing the satisfaction level that can direct maintain the overall productivity level.
The workers who are not able to satisfy with their job can create various issues for the company
which can negatively affect the image of the company (Hillson and Murray-Webster, 2017).
By considering the satisfaction towards job it has been seen that employees should have
positive attitude so that it can be easy to maintain the positive environment in the workplace. To
maintain proper competition in the workplace it is important to emphasize on creating positive
attitude of the employees. Also the employees can only give their best when they are dedicated
towards work. It can directly affect the overall development and profitability of the company
(Steingold, 2017).
It has been analyzed that behavior in the workplace of the employees is related with the
people and the groups who are completing the operations of the company. There are various
challenges that are faced by the managers to manage the behavior of the employees.

The first aspect is related with diversity. It has been examined that there are many people
in the workplace who are doing their activities. The individuals who are focusing on completing
the operations belong to background which is different and also with the different age and
culture. To manage the diversity is considered as the major challenge which is faced and it will
also affect the entire working of the company. There are people of different background and
behavior towards the work which is assigned to them. So, it has been analyzed that it can make
issue for the company and also for the managers to focus on the behavior of the employees. By
focusing on different behavior there are various problems that are seen in the workplace
(Temminck, Mearns and Fruhen, 2015).
So, it is necessary for the managers of the company to focus on considering the right
decisions by taking into consideration the problems related to the parties. It is important that
decisions which are considered should be right and also the parties should be happy and satisfied.
When the employees of the organization are happy then they will give their best towards the
activities of the company. If the level of contribution increases then it can be easy to achieve the
overall targets (Van den Heuvel, Schalk and van Assen, 2015).
The next aspect is concerned with ethics. In this it has been evaluated that by focusing on
the use of media the problems which can occur can be related to the large number of people in
less time. The company also emphasizes on the policies that are related with the behavior within
the workplace. The challenge for the company is that it boosts the behavior which is ethical in
the workplace. The behavior of the employees focuses on the policies of the company. It is
important for the company to emphasize on maintaining the overall organizational behavior of
the employee so that it can be easy for the workers to feel dedicated towards the overall activities
which are given to them (Singh, 2017).
The next aspect is related with the employee resistance. It has been analyzed that this is
considered as the complex process that is faced by the company. Due to employee resistance it
has been seen that negative outcome can be seen. There are many cases on which the resources
are given to the company so that employees can manage the activities and can also attain the
overall goals. The change which is seen on the company can also impact the employee behavior.
So, it is important to focus on the change related with the employees so that it can be easy to
maintain the employee resistance and it can also help to accept the changes that are made by the
