Title: To analyze the capabilities need to present among employees in order to deal with the
changes caused by transformation. A case study on Sainsbury.
Introduction
Transformation refers to enhancing the flexibility in work in order to attain significant
results in the future period of time. In other words, transformation is about making changes in the
work-setting so that the employees can cope up with changes within the organization. In the
present study, Sainsbury has been chosen that is a well-known company of retail industry of UK.
The present study aims to assess the capabilities need to present among workforce to deal with
the changes caused by transformation.
Project Aims and objectives
Research Aim:” To analyze the capabilities need to present among employees in order to deal
with the changes caused by transformation”. A case study on Sainsbury.
Research objectives:
To identify the concept of transformation at workplace.
To analyze the challenges faced by Sainsbury while implementing transformation at
workplace setting.
To identify the capabilities need to present among workforce to deal with the changes
caused by transformation.

Project Management Plan
It is basically a formal document that involves important data in relation to the studies
that are being carried in a study. It basically involves factors such as scope, cost, quality, time
and much more. In context to organisation, the project management plan basically involves the
following:
Scope: In context to the present study, it has broad scope as it helps in carrying out the
talent plan of action that supports in increasing productivity and enhancement of performance
and also retaining talent in the organization (Biemans, 2018). In addition to that t helps in
attainment of the competitive edge with the help of discovering talent at the workplace.
Cost: It is considered to be one of the most important aspect and also helps and guides
investigator in order to conduct research activities and setting up budget in a well planned
manner.
Time: In context to research worker, it helps in setting up time for each and every
individual activity that helps in laid the objectives of the research (Kerzner, 2019). In order to
carry out the present study, I will require a time period of 20 weeks.
Quality: The quality aspect shows a significant importance in directing the effectiveness
and quality of the study which is basically conducted with the help of a investigator. In context
to the current scenario, the data is basically gathered from different sources and participants that
supports with required data that depicts that quality of research is high.
Communication: It is basically the process of exchange of information that helps in
describing the instruments which are taken into consideration for the purpose to establish
communication regarding the necessary info with the help of people who are basically
connected with the investigators. (Farhoomand and et. al., 2021). In relation to the present
study, it includes use of various forms of non verbal communication methods that helps in
communicating with the stakeholders.

Risk: It involves various forms of risk that has a major influence on the current course of
study that involves risks such as limited time, lack of communication, non availability of
resources and much more.
Resources: It basically involves various types of resources that helps in carrying out
research with the help of various resources such as technological resources, manpower and
various financial resources. The resources plays a very important role in the life of researcher for
the purpose to ensure availability of resources in a timely manner that helps in completion of the
study with out any kind of delays and interruptions.
Work break down structure
The work break down structure is basically used for the purpose to complete a complex
multi step project. It is basically the method that helps in dividing the project into small tasks in
order to complete the project in a faster and timely manner. The major purpose of WBS is to
manage the large projects with support of break down and division of smaller activities. It is very
important for the team members to work in a constant manner. With the help of WBS it helps in
easy management and increase in productivity of the operations of entire project (Etim and et.
al., 2021). In order to have a efficient way of division of tasks, it is very significant to ascertain
scope of project that helps in establishing effective communication with the stakeholders. In
context to WBS, it helps breaking down the activity in small portions for the purpose make the
project manageable. In context to project management, it plays a very important role and
comprises of various factors. The major purpose is to analyse the entire project in a effective
and efficient way.

Gantt Chart
it is a project management tool to assist the plan and schedule the projects of all sizes and
monitor specific tasks and resources. It used in heavy industries like bridges, dams, highways
and as well as software development. In project management Gantt chart is most widely used and
is used in graphical depiction of a project schedule. To view start dates, end dates and milepost
of a project schedule it is very helpful and used by team members and project managers. It listed
the time travels on horizontal axis and task to be performed on vertical axis. It simplifies the
planning process and helps the project teams in accessing the project that how long it should
take, determine the needed resources, to deliver the project on time it plans the sequence in
which each task need to be completed (Jackson, 2019). Gantt chart improves the team cohesion
and communication which is an integral part of project. It measures the progress of projects and
