organizational change. On the basis of employee engagement research
generally there are certain ways through which communication has been
transformed in efficient manner from one employee to another and helps
them as well to adapt changes such as:
Communicate the reasons in openly and honest manner: Employees are
the most important asset in any organization and thus deserve a high
amount of respect while working within the firm. The great manager is
appropriately responsible for not protecting them from adverse conditions
that is being going within the establishment. If they want to stay engaged,
the managers and leaders have to make sure that the employees are able to
understand the changes.

Detail the general change process: Providing the employees about the
step by step plan about the things that are going to happen along with the
time when they are going to be done. The clearer they are about their
expectations, the more comfortable they will be with the process.
Get specific about what they need to do: Once employees have the
complete and overall plan, they are always interested into know the role in
which they will fit and what are expected from them. If there are some
employees more significantly for the change to be more successful than
others, they can try to target and customize the communication to multiple
audiences.
Give employees complete chance to digest the information and raise
concerns: This is the most crucial step in order to get all the employees
engaged. They also help to provide appropriate opportunities for two way
communication in which employees are highly open to ask questions and
get their answers. An anonymous survey can help but the face to face
communication has been greatly recommended whenever possible.
