nature and their performance within the company. Multiple theories, methods, models defined by

performance (Alhashedi and et.al., 2021). Employee engagement is one of the most essential
aspect because it improves the overall business performance and expansion of new opportunities
with proper manner. Organization overall performance totally depends on the employee work

provides goods and services like clothings brands, house essential products, beauty, accessories,
footwear products and many more. Their has large number of employee and company applies
effective strategy for the management of employee work culture. The company has fashion
stores and website as well, so its essential that company focuses on the management of employee
behaviour for effective growth. This report mainly provides idea about how business manage
employee engagement, which theories, applications, model company develop and which
empirical evidence applies for observation and analyses of problems in employee work
