Human Resource Management
Human resource management is indeed a strategy for the management of individuals, society as
well as the atmosphere in the organization. When done correctly, it allows workers to contribute
efficiently and productively to the overall business direction and achievement of the organization's
goals and objectives. The leaders of this department deliver the skills, equipment, training,
organizational resources, training, regulatory and strategic guidance, and talent management
supervision needed for the company to function successfully. (Heathfield, 2021)
Employee Engagement
The loyalty of employees is the employee's personal commitment to the enterprise and its
objectives. This emotional dedication suggests that committed workers really care about their jobs
and company. They should not only work for a salary audit, or only the next opportunity, but also
work for the interest of the company. (Kruse, 2012)
Importance of Employee Engagement in the Organisation
The involvement of employees soon becomes one of the main metrics for assessing happiness in
work. Today workers seem more than simply looking for 9-to-5 jobs. They choose to be interested,
passionate about the company in which they serve and dedicate themselves to their colleagues.
Analysts noticed that 71% of executives considered employee motivation to be one of the most
significant aspects of the company's global growth, in a survey by businesses with over 500 people.
While employee involvement is seen as beneficial around the sector, most workers are retired from
work. Just 33% of the workers reported working, according to Gallup reports. Low commitment
may be affected by many reasons including managers' lack of recognition, inadequate coordination
between companies and non-alignment to the business goal. The leaders of companies must begin
to regard employee involvement as a strategic goal because workers contribute to better employee
commitment, increased production and better job efficiency. (Brook, 2020).

important and is taken care of in day-to-day departmental operations. The IT department offers its

"High Availability" and "Load Balancing. “. The automation of facilities is another field of concern
on which IT is specialized, large initiatives have been started to accomplish and transform the
Authority into an entity without paper in line with the determination to protect the environment. In
addition to maintaining the company's website and internal platform, the IT department continually
investigates and makes procedures effective and beneficial. As part of the strategic objective, most
of the facilities of the Authority have been translated into electronic and posted on the GCAA
customer access website. Similarly, most domestic procedures have been created and released on
the Intranet platform to optimize employee productivity. (Information Technology, 2021)
