INTRODUCTION
The initial step of greeting new employees in organisations and gearing up them for their
respective roles in company is known as employee induction. It is termed as orientation and
introduction of employees in company's culture and presented them with the relationship they
will have with others (Masoud, and Tariq, 2020). The major purpose of induction is to embed
new employees in company and ensure that they understand systems and processes adopted by
enterprise. It helps in making new employees feel familiar with workplace and with other
employees.

plan and organise procedure of induction. It aids organisations and new employees to start with
right perspectives and minimise the timing that new staffs requires to settle in new environment.
It helps in increasing employees engagement in companies which also minimises firm's chances
of losing new hires. In process of induction, organisations also provides necessary training to
new employees so that they can understand how to carry out certain tasks once they will be on
job role. Purpose of induction training is to demonstrate new employees the working culture of
organisations and explain them their responsibilities and tasks as well as to familiarise them with
