from this, it is required to modify the motivational techniques timely so that favorable results can
be accomplished easily in terms of higher level of customer retention etc. So, all these
recommendations were quite beneficial. The language along with the concepts used in the study
was simple and easy to understand. So, it provided base to readers in understanding about
