INTRODUCTION
Employee motivation is the level of energy; creativity and commitment that help
company worker bring to their jobs. This report will explain about the various factors for keeping
employee motivated at organization. While also evaluate about positive and negative factor that
employee experience within their job roles.
MAIN BODY
The various factors for motivate employees at workplace
Motivation refers to the process that maintains and guide behaviours which help
workforce work towards the specific goals or effectively perform tasks. While various factor of
motivation that are important component of business or organization along with this also
knowing about how to motivate employees which ensure that are working with organization
function (Llopis, 2017). This is also important for knowing about effectively and efficiently and
those project and some deadlines are completed before given time or accurately. The following
are factor that consider the employee motivation as:
Leadership style- Manager and supervisor which play effectively role within the organization
and have their effective role for their employee motivation. The appropriate leadership styles
which keep the employee to develop the goals and objective at their position, work towards those
objective and help workforce that motivate throughout the course of their given time in
organization. The leadership styles can motivate by using various styles such as, democratic,
coaching, servant, transformational and so on.
Recognition and appreciation- This are two important components of motivation for employee
within the organization. While by offering them praise and recognition which is not only makes
the workforce feels appreciated and accomplished, but it is also reinforces with good
encouragement and performance employee towards continuing the action that leads to the better
performance. This could lead more for employee behaviour with positive recognized, as they are
repeating this again and remain motivated at workplace.
Feeling a sense of purpose of work- Employee who find out the meaning and purpose for their
work, they often the higher levels of employee motivation (Bhardwaj, Mishra and Jain, 2021).
Basically, it also helps employees for understanding the role play an integral part of the

organization with success and purpose and that work with meaning beyond simply completing
the tasks on time.
Positive company culture- A company culture which seems to be important and this could keep
the employee for working with having positive environment as well. In having positive working
condition this could make the organization and employee motivated to complete the goals and
objective on given time. Many employees in organization feel more values and they enjoy their
work more strong positive working environment that could support their work and brings for
working tighter on regular basis. While organization also required to work positive thinking so
that could help the employee for their work motivation and also influence them for working with
long term.
Professional development opportunities- Employee that can often more motivated at work
there are more simple opportunities for growth and development (Purwanto And et.al., 2021).
This could keep the organization for knowing about their effective goals and objective to
increase their skills and become more efficient in their position instils sense of accomplishment
and pride that acts to motivate them. In addition, offering workforce the chance to develop their
skills that can ultimately impact on organization and create the overall issues which make them,
win to win situation for all involvements.
Financial benefits- This could lead within putting at place with various opportunities for
employee that can enjoy the financial benefits for their hard work. Along with this could give the
great way to boost motivation and give the workforce sense of accomplishment and appreciation.
For example, financial motivators such as promotion, competitive benefits package, bonuses,
raises and additional paid with time off work. Moreover, organization can bring out some
effective financial benefits for their working employee.
Flexible work schedules- Offering employee with having better opportunities that creates their
own working schedules and keep the flexible work hour is another form for great way to instil
motivation at team. This could work with having better growth and development through which
they can effectively work and ensure them for working with some better condition at workplace
(Wuryani And et.al., 2021). Flexible schedules that allow the employee to have better
accommodate such as family needs, holidays and some other personal daily responsibilities that
can bring more rigid schedules offers.

The positive and negative factors employees experience
The positive impacts in organization fulfilment with having extensive and this issue the
entrepreneurs and also lead within expansive organization. This could be representative are not
content with their occupation and few regions that work influenced and their conduct can
additionally influence within different workers.
The positive employee experience that has strong link within the enhanced customer
satisfaction level because when the employee are happy, they will make sure for keeping their
best to customer. As employee can be satisfied while by keep them motivated through using
various methods such as incentives, bonuses, rewards, promotion and so on (Gray, Juliver and
LaPlante, 2021). Moreover, employees make happy with their job roles such as, friendly co-
worker employee, good management condition, good balance within their personal and work
life, good pay, variety of work, being part of successful team, recognition of achievement etc.
While holistic and encompassing than engagement, employee experience and leverages within
their components that foster positive workplace environment and bring out the long term success,
it also help the organization for defining the role of manager and leaders which play in creating
the positive experience for employee. Along with this it also reveals about how leaders that can
make their business with more relational rather than having simply transactional. While keeping
the employee for working with positive environment in organization this could lead them for
working with better goals and objective to be growth and developed. In having such things
organization can easily take place the better market position and keep their better hiring for the
employee towards their business activities. Creating employees with better positive environment
this come down within their leadership and workplace practices (Park and et.al., 2021). Together,
as they can provide an organization with more effective tools and insights deliver more positive
experience for workers. The organization can work with various business activities for keeping
their workforce with effective tools working and also ensure them for having more growth and
development for their job roles.
A negative work environment that can lead to diminished performance and this can have
the poor employee morale within the organization. While this can also harm the organization
reputation and affect the ability to attract talent. When the workforce left their jobs due to having
bad company culture this may cost huge loss for the organization. While here are some negative
impacts on their job such as, wages too low, poor management, not enough freedom for personal

development, no attention paid to some new ideas, work is no fun, too few opportunities for high
performer’s etc (He And et.al., 2021). A negative working environment may also increase the
absenteeism and turnover. As a result, business will lose the revenue and they will also miss out
the potential opportunities within their number of customer complaints which is likely to
increasing as well. This might be also important for the organization for working towards their
negative environment and also try to make sure for creating some strategy through which they
can keep their employee within long term.
Most of people have their negative work experience within their job roles at some point.
This could include the organization reputation less and reduce their market position towards their
products and services and talent for the employee. Perhaps someone in team that spread some
rumours behaved appropriately or colleague towards some new hiring this can also lead towards
the negative working environment. As manager or leader, their responsibility for address such
kind of problem before as they can escalate (ALAbrrow And et.al., 2021). Gossip, bad
management, workplace conflicts and many other factors can all affect employee engagement
and morale. While having such things this might be also important for working towards theses
issues which may lead to toxic work environment and that hurt company bottom line. This is also
important for organization working towards some more effective things and also try to ensure
them for having some positive working environment so that employee can work for long term.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it had been concluded that, organization need to work with their
employee for whom they are required to keep them motivated by creating strategy. While having
such things this is also important for them for working with some new concepts and keeps them
for long term. Positive environment for the organization which is important and this also help
them for working with better growth and development. Negative environment keep the
organization for working fewer and increase their employee turnover ratio and also bring market
position down for the business.
