Aim
The study will investigate on exploration of Employee Recruitment and Retention in Marble and
Granite in Portuguese companies.
Objectives
To identify the type of employee recruitment and retention used in the marble and granite
process. To analyses the data from recruitment and retention used in the marble and granite
process in Arougranitos.
To identify how employee motivational techniques can positively support recruitment
and retention in the marble and granite process business.
Methodology
For the present research scholar will use inductive approach that has contribute for getting
appropriate qualitative data. Also, research design for chosen proposal is related to conducting
survey for 30 employees of Portuguese companies. Then random sampling method under
probabilistic will be used in order to gather views of selected respondents (Arifin, 2018)
Ethical considerations
Ethical consideration refers to the collection of principles and values which follows
consent for each of the participants of the survey as well as it is related to a set of principles such
as voluntary participation, informed consent confidentiality, result communication etc. The goal
of human research includes understanding where it is based on real phenomena and studying
effective treatment data related to investigating behaviour and then improving lives in different
ways (Boyack, Smith and Klavans, 2018). The main consideration is to protect the rights of
research participants and enhance research validity in order to maintain scientific integrity.

In order to consider privacy of each of the participant in research on the basis of survey method
which is random and also let them the data will be kept confidential and free to stop feeling in
the survey only supervisor can use this research then all of the participant asked for initial

the data used in research is based on authentic and scientific method of research which helps to
using random sampling method under probabilistic also that is why scholar will use inductive
approach for method (Iphofen and Tolich eds., 2018).

use to attend forcible social impact of their work which cannot affect someone’s safety health
and welfare then researcher are allowed to carry experiment in order to using appropriate little
oversight and also involving Appropriate human involvement in order to follow all the
regulations that is based on principles of ethical consideration and contribute substantially to
public understanding which is based on science and technology.
Scholar is responsible for maintaining the privacy of participants as well as organization
so that it cannot affect someone’s integrity. Choosing a report considers ethical responsibility

participants so that it helps to boost employee morale in the workplace and lead to greater

Present research will benefit other scholars Who are doing the same research as well as it
helps to increase their knowledge then the chosen company can use this research in order to
consider different aspects which can be followed by the company also by supporting values
required for collaborative work and mutual respect to all people who are involved in study.
By considering reliability and validity which is important aspect of research related to collecting
all the information from authentic sources and not doing any activities which are related to
plagiarism.
