Introduction
Employee Relations refers to the use of appropriate approaches and
techniques so that the relations with the employees can be
maintained in the right manner within the organizations. It is a term
which can be used to establish the relationship between both of

chosen. It is a company which specializes in providing groceries
and other related products. In this presentation, there will be
