Introduction
Employee Relations refers to the use of appropriate approaches and
techniques so that the relations with the employees can be
maintained in the right manner within the organizations. It is a term
which can be used to establish the relationship between both of
them and ensuring that the appropriate HR policies are followed
within the organizations. For this presentation, Tesco has been
chosen. It is a company which specializes in providing groceries
and other related products. In this presentation, there will be
detailed focus will be made on evaluation of different types of
challenges which are faced in the organization. Additionally,
specific analysis on justified recommendations will be made as a
part of this particular presentation.

Practical and Legal Challenges
There are various sorts of practical challenges which are faced by
the organizations in maintaining the employee relations. Some of
them are explained in the following manner in the context of
Tesco-
Conflict Management- In the organizations, different sorts of
conflicts can be created between the workers.
