Introduction
Work & employment are two different terms which are
interconnected to each other . Activity is perform by perform by
person which help the person to engage in employment. Living can
easily earn if work is perform effectively. To complete the work
there is need of worker exist , different type of workers are
appointed for different type of work in different business for
example regular salary based worker , casual worker, hired worker
etc. The term employment refers to the state of being employed.
Mostly it shows employer & employee relationship. The company
that was choosen in this assignment is Sainsbury.
