INTRODUCTIONEmployees are biggest Instruments used in an organisation. Employees relation is animportant issue for every business, because this will affect business activities and companycannot perform without human resource. Managers of an organisation have to make effectiverelation with employees. This will assist in achieving goals and objectives of industry. Formanaging good image and enhance productivity, manager have to maintain effectual employee’srelationship. In traditional time period, this relationship was called as industrial relationship, butnow this is known as employee’s relationship. For this manager have to follow many theory andapproach for managing relation with human resource (DiStaso, McCorkindale, and Wright,2011). In an organisation their so many challenges, which have to face by manager for makingrelationship. Manager have to identify every single person, for analysing problem. Most ofproblem occur in a face of conflict between employees. Tesco is big an organisation, they arehaving relating industry, they have more than 1000 employees. Their are some policy which ismade by EU for making employees satisfaction. So manager duty is to give salary and wages toemployees on time. Manager have to make negotiation whit employees. He have to makeeffective planning for solving that issue. This will help in making effectual industrialrelationship. TASK 1P1.1 Explain unitary and pluralistic frames of referenceUnitary framesIn this frames, manager have to analyse behaviour of human-bing at individual level. Hehas to identify every single person views and thinking towards their task, Because a singleperson can effect whole group, so manger have to analyse every one in an effective manner inorganisation. Cause of conflict in between humans is difference in behaviour and theirpersonality (Kelly, 2012). This can make big problem for Tesco. So manger have to makerelationship of employees.Pluralistic framesIn Tesco there are so many group and sub-groups. These are known as team, departmentor staff.
