1.0 Introduction
Employees is being considered as the backbone of the company which work
in the company and get paid for the work by the company. With the help of salaries
they improve their standard of living. Employees are main part of the company which
help achieve all the objectives of the firm which are set by the higher authorities of
the organization(Nataliia, , Dmytro, and Igor, , 2018). On the basis of the skills and
knowledge required by the company these has been hired. The term employee
relation may be defined as relationship between the business and the employees. It
is very important fir the management of the company to make a good relationship
with their employees by doing this employees feel motivated and feel free to work
with in the company. It help in analyzing the behavior of the employees with in the
company and their needs and requirements. By doing this they can work in a very
effective manner. The following report is based on the TESCO company which is a
well established and a multinational retail brand of United Kingdom. The respective
company was founded in 1919 by Jack Cohen and the headquarters of the
organization is situated in Welwyn Garden City, England. The following report is
going to discussed about the importance of the employee relation and their values
with in the company. This report also cover the fundamentals of the employees law
and rights and duties of the employer and the employee with in the workplace.
Afterwards this report provide information about the effective employee relationship
strategies and the stakeholder analysis of the respective organization.
2.0 An overview to employee relations, what it is and its
importance and value to the organisation
If the management of the company develop a healthy and positive working
environment with in the workplace then the workers or employees of the firm work in
a very productive manner. One the main importance of creating a healthy working
environment within the workplace is that the management of the company can
effectively understand the needs of the employees and also understand the issues
and complexities which are faced by them (Eskerod, and Larsen, T., 2018). If the
management of the firm support their employees then they work with utmost
productivity and carry out the task in well effective manner. By doing this
organization can achieve a successful position in the market for a long period of
time. Better understanding with the management make the employees more happy,
loyal and productive. The importance of the employees relationship within the
company has been discussed below :-

Increase motivation :- different types of methods has been applied by the
management of the company like engage in the decision-making or
operations of the company in order to motivate them. Different types of
activities has been performed in all the levels of the companies the
management of the company motivate them to work in more effective and
productive manner. In relation to the TESCO, the management of the
company must ensure that the employees work in a team and with proper
unity. The relationship which have been developed between them help them
to feel always motivated (Gold, and Waddington, J., 2019).
Increase productivity :- if the management of the firm develop a good and
healthy working environment with in the workplace then not only the
performance but also the productivity of the employees has been increases
which ultimately increases the profit of the company(.Hamstra, , and et,. al.,
2021.). A fruitful relationship between the employer and employee develop a
good and healthy working environment. With the help of this subordinates can
share their thoughts and ideas from their manager in a very effective manner.
Appreciating the creativity of the employee make them more productive and
motivated. In context to the TESCO, the production team of the company
have to focus on developing a healthy working environment so that the
productivity of the employees has been increased.
Retain loyal employees :- the stability of the employees has been increases
when they feel comfortable around their managers. If the organization focus
on developing positive working relationship between the employer and the
employees then they can achieve success in the market. Along with this
company don't have to waste the time on finding the new employees within
the company. In relation to the TESCO, if the organization wants to make their
employees familiar with the firm then the employer of the company have to
focus on maintaining good and healthy working relationship with their
employees (Kot, ., Spanagel, . and Belozerova,, 2020).
Employee engagement :- this is totally related to the job satisfaction and
passionate about the work with in the workplace. In context to the TESCO, it
is very important for the worker to understand their job and responsibility
