TASK 4.1
Employee relations are to be maintained for the growth
and success of organsation. EU has made some
industrials laws which are to be imposed on working
staff and employees of organization. Moreover,
industrial decocracy of UK involves of making
decision by sharing responsibilities and role at
workplace.

In EU all countries are not following industrial democracy
because they are contributing by enhancing situation of
European Union country. Moreover, European
countries includes of door to door and to perfect
relation between industrial democarcy and
organization.

There are four important aspects of employee relation
where as EU roles and regulation have direct impact on
Industrial Democracy in UK:
Equal Opportunities: Equal opportunities means the
opportunities for employees job, promotion and pay
accordance to their jobs. There is no discrimination on
the basis of caste, creed, religion etc.

Employment protection and working condition: working
conditions and protection is essential for any company. Lack of
working conditions and protection may cause for a serious
accidents and a sound and good working conditions may lead
for increasing the productivity of the employees. European
unions have follow the some rules, regulations and policies
regarding employment protection and working conditions.

Health and safety at Workplace: As we know human
resource is a valuable asset for any organization.
Healthy and safety at workplace is important for
every organization. European union follow some
policies regarding the safety of the employees at
workplace. It leads to increase productivity of the
employees. Employees as well as organization are
more aware for health and safety measures.

TASK 4.2
Employee participation is decision making which help
in generating of value and creation in activity for
organization. With the help of employee participation
in decision making employees are able to solve
problems and improve in analysing of their skills.
There are several techniques for involving employees
in the decision making process.

when firm need to deliver opinion of
employee at time of forming decision because

Participation through job enrichment: Job enrichment is
techniques where the organization increase and responsibilities
of the employees.
Participation through Quality circles:This is another technique
where the employees are partitioning in the decision making.

Human Resource Management approach played a
vital impact on the employee relation. Employee
relation with the organization have directly linked
with the performance of the employees.
Employees performance helps to achieve the
organizational objectives. So as a manager of NHS
human resource approaches should be effective.
