and success of organsation. EU has made some
industrials laws which are to be imposed on working
staff and employees of organization. Moreover,
industrial decocracy of UK involves of making
decision by sharing responsibilities and role at
workplace.

In EU all countries are not following industrial democracy
because they are contributing by enhancing situation of
European Union country. Moreover, European
countries includes of door to door and to perfect
relation between industrial democarcy and
organization.

There are four important aspects of employee relation
where as EU roles and regulation have direct impact on
Industrial Democracy in UK:
Equal Opportunities: Equal opportunities means the
opportunities for employees job, promotion and pay
accordance to their jobs. There is no discrimination on
the basis of caste, creed, religion etc.
