relationship of company are as follows-

imposed by the industry. The laws like health and safety, fair wages, good working condition
will majorly impact company performance and in absence of implication of these laws, company
will suffers because government will charge heavy restrictions and penalties on the company
operations. The negative relations of employees will generate more conflicts among employees
and management and it will reduce productivity and work completion on time. This will
ultimately develop conflicts and operations among suppliers. They fail to recognise actual
demand and supply and fail to coordinate useful information to the Sainsbury. The relationship
conflicts will occurs in employees regarding interpersonal disagreement in tacking issues like
political preferences, interpersonal style, values and so on. The negative challenge occur in
encouraging different perspective of employees and management level. The manager conduct
valuable employee involvement but it construct ineffective decision and ideas that is essential
for performing of managing risk responsibility. Ineffective communication will discourage

stakeholders. This will affect consistency in decision making with delay products availability by
supplier due to lack of communication. The negative impact of employee relation create dilution
as well supervision of command by company suppliers which influence profits of company.

improve company profitability because it will reduce conflicts and enhance employees

performance to accomplish company goal. The negative impact of employee relation influence
stakeholder performance like government and supplier. The continues engagement of
stakeholders will support healthy relations of employees by motivating them. The employers and
employee has to execute their responsibility and ensuring rights of employee so that they can
perform best practices in favour of company. Good employee relation will contribute customer
satisfaction and generate sales of company.
