Introduction
The employment relationship in workplace defines to a
legal link among employees and employers. This exists
when person performs work or services for remuneration
under the certain conditions. In such relationship rights
and obligations are created between employee &
employer. It also determines application of labour and
social security law provisions addressing to employees.
The relationship is based on contracts which can b3e in
form of writing in standard form or letter by having
mutual obligations. The working conditions refers the
environment in which workers performs their tasks.

About Sainsbury
It is a second largest chain of supermarkets in UK. It was
founded in 1869 by John James Sainsbury. It deals in
product of hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience
shop with the brands of Argos, Habitat, and Nectar. The
report discusses practical and legal challenges that

Employee Relation
The employee relationship is term reflecting to
relationship between employees and employers in
workplace. It focuses on both individual collective
relationships to increase the employee emphasis on
relationship among managers and team members. This
covers dimensions of contractual, practical, as well as the
physical and emotional of employee-employer
relationship. It also highlights the company efforts and
managed by the HR department.

Importance of Employee Relation
In the organization employer and employee have link
which helps in successfully growth and employees are
more likely & loyal to each other. The positive
relationship between employee with their boss is likely to
be productive which helps in generating more company
revenue and productivity. The happy customers put their
best efforts and maintain personal stake that projects they
work on which takes business to new heights of success.

The Employee relations of all workplace which involves employer or
manager relating to their is aspect employees. To have success in
organization there must be harmony between employees and
management personnel. The organization still is facing different
employee relations issues from time to time.

In the workplace employee relation are in spot light which sees
how employees and employers values each other for the business
success. The strong relationship delivers better returns. The
organization faces several challenges in employment relations
issues which affects the performance and productivity. The
employee relation can be improved by incorporating company
mission and values that encourages employees to work towards
this with more cooperation and efficiently (Ohemeng, F.L and
et.al., 2020). To makes the employees feel valued in the
organization is the effective way of improving employee relation
by complimenting them and ensuring corrective actions are taken
to avoid any mistakes.

Conclusion
The employment relationship is exchange of labour for compensation through contract. For the
organisation the employees are the crucial aspect which has substantial role in success of business.
The management of business works on development of good relation and trust their employees then
organisation staff works harder and remain loyal to employers which ultimately encourages potential
of employees. The employee relation is important as it offers way of ensuring healthy work
environments in workplace which leads to success of business. The business also focuses on
employee relations with their teams.
