about the ways that supports higher retention of employees and its overall impact on the productivity

effective ways to ensure higher employee retention and boost motivation in employees has been also
made that is also tend to be filled by the current study. Along with this, the current study is also vital
and rationale to meet the personal interest of the researcher and also supports the improved knowledge
about the concept of employee retention together with betterment in communication skill and research
competency. Thus, current study is beneficial for both researcher and organisation present within the
hospitality industry as it supports analysis of the effective strategy and policy of employee retention
that supports higher productivity and performance along with leading improvement in skill and
knowledge level.

random sampling method for current study.

On the basis of current proposal, a conclusion can be made that the hospitality sector is facing an issue
of high employee turnover based on lack of motivation and employee engagement. Thus, analysis
about the impact of employee retention is vital as it ensures a positive impact of organisational
performance. Further, providing regular rewards and incentives is an effective way to have higher
retention of employees.
