By summing up above report it has been concluded that if the
employee satisfaction tools employ by M&S, then it creates a
positive impact over the business as well as employee
performance.
With the help of both primary and secondary data collection
methods, it has been concluded that at the time of pandemic,
company faces different issues because they are not preparing
enough in order to make changes within a business.
This in turn create a negative challenge, however quoted
company uses remote working system at the time of pandemic
but due to error of communication majority of the employees
faces issues which cause error in work.
