INTRODUCTIONThis report focus on the roles and responsibilities of employer to achievethe success. It also focuses on the ability and skills of employer whichhelps firm to achieve the target successfully. This report also explains theimportance of motivation theory. It also focuses on the different style ofmotivation. It also explains the importance of time managementstrategies in supermarket. This report also explains the six sigmaapproach and total quality management. These approaches are used toimprove the productivity and business growth.
TASK 11.1own responsibilities and performance ObjectivesAs an employer there is so many responsibilities and task to achieve thesuccess. As an employer I have responsibility of decision making,employee's motivation, develop the organisation environment andemployees and solve the disagreements etc.I will improve my personal skills such as communication skills, positivebehaviour etc.(Winterbotham,2014. ). worker's support, performance andmotivation is very important to improve the business growth oforganisation. So to satisfy the David with his job conditions I will focus onthe following factors:Effective decision-making: decision needs to be capable of beingimplemented on organisation level.For good decision making I will collectthe informations and data's about the conflict and issues and reason ofdisability of David. To make decision effective I will use goodcommunication skills with David to improve his confidence so that he canfeel relax and satisfy with job conditions.Learn new skills: to improve my performance as well as workers I willlearn new skills of time management and motivation to achieve thesuccess of corporations.Good relationship : to enhance the David to work at high level I willbuild a good relation with him so that he can easily share his problemswith me.
