Moreover, this report willhighlight the workplace relation among the employees and the manager of the organization in theAustralia (D'Cruz and et.al., 2016). Further, the project will highlight the safety of work inorganizations of Australia which includes the various acts which are framed by the governmentof Australia regarding the health and safety of the employees namely; work heath and safety act2011, fair work act 2009 etc, which will outline the protection of employees from minimumwages and salaries etc. On the flip side the project will highlight the comparison of safety atwork in Australia with the safety and health act of UK. Eventually the assignment will commenton the recommendations that the safety act of Australia must adopt like safety policies, safetyequipment's, safety training etc.Q1.
