TravelPac is the statistics of information surveyed by the International Passenger Division (IPS) about passengers based on face-to-face interviews when they arrive or leave the UK by air routes. Therefore, we can analyze factors that bring many benefits to users, such as estimating the necessary fares, expenses and travel packages, providing detailed information about water visitors. travel policies and data to include in international migration estimates. On the other hand, this method may not be very close as it causes annoyance and complexity when it comes into contact with the user. However, for the purpose of enhancing information for users, TravelPac provides a good opportunity to access this valuable information. To see how it changes, go into details about the 2009-2019 TravelPac. TravelPac 2009-2019 Numeric Quarter 1234 0.00% 5.00% 10.00% 15.00% 20.00% 25.00% 30.00% Total Total Period of year: 1. Jan–Mar 2. As we can see, the Third Quarter (July-August-September) has the highest ratio with 27,84%. This can be explained that the third quarter coincides with the summer vacation season, in addition this is also the season when the country has the most pleasant weather, plus the festive seasons that usually take place in these three months. In contrast, for the first and fourth quarters, these two quarters were in the winter of England, the festivals taking place during these times were relatively few, so the figures for these two quarters were quite low. Overall, tourists made up the majority of those who came to the UK within the designated time (51%). England is a wonderful place and attracts all visitors. Moreover, many special activities and events in this country are also the reason for attracting tourists.
Mode Based on the statistics I have calculated that the majority of people arriving and departing from the UK are mostly on air, so we can deduce that flight plays an important role (almost 78 %) in UK freight. Some of the reasons why many passengers choose the means of aviation is that it is quite safe, short travel time and does not cause fatigue for users like other types of transport. With this advantage, it generates a good income for the UK airline plus serving food and drinks or other services on board. Total 1 2 3 Main method of travel: 1. Air 2. Sea 3. Tunnel

Even so, most of the factors are European residents with 36 countries. In particular, France - the highest country with more than 8.5%, Germany (5.36%) and other EU countries have a large proportion. It can be explained that those countries are close to the UK so passengers can travel easily and adapt easily to the weather. Asia tends to be a potential factor for future growth, with India (2.19%) and China (1.42%) having the highest population in the world. To the Americas & the Caribbean, America usually accounts for a large number with 4.97% and followed by Canada (2.22%). Finally, with a remarkable percentage is Australia (2.67%). And finally, Africa and some countries in the Middle East, which explains the small numbers of tourists coming from these two regions because their quality of life is low, resulting in limited travel, most the number of people coming to the UK from these two regions is either migrant or international student.

The highest purpose belongs to the resorts with a proportion of nearly 41%. Therefore, one answer to this trend is that the increasingly strenuous work makes the need to relax with the travel even higher. On the other hand, in addition to the Holiday purpose, VFR is also a factor accounting for a large number, about 29.25% over the years. In the 4.0 world, Business Purpose can be considered as a potential segment in the future and it is worth developing because the demand for partners is likely to increase soon. Other factors are just under 10%. A small number of international students come to the UK to study because the drawback is that when studying in the UK the average tuition fee is quite high and the living expenses for international students here are not low. Packed Total 1 2 Package or independent: 1. Independent 2. Non-Independent (i.e. package trip) Based on the chart, self-sufficient tourism still accounts for the largest proportion, around 85% and many reasons can explain this. First, we are free to take a trip so we don't have to depend on the tour guide nor the tight schedules of a tour, so we can do whatever we want. Furthermore, a trip may be related to business purposes, family visits and travel. In addition, a package trip has a low number because often trips are quite confusing and boring.

Age 12345679(blank) 0.00% 5.00% 10.00% 15.00% 20.00% 25.00% Total Total The top 3 most popular travel age groups in the UK are 25-34, 35-44 & 45-54 years old with more than 15%. This age allows passengers the chance to travel abroad and explore more about the world so the UK could be a good choice. Nearly 15% is the index between 16-24 & 55-64 years old and this number is likely to increase in the near future. The final ones under 10% include 0-15 and 65 and older. In addition to those 0-15 years old who are quite young, not self-sufficient, they also have to depend on the papers of their guardians, while 65 years and over is a trick that is no longer suitable for travel. This is a suitable explanation for the low rate of tourists of these two ages coming to the UK.

The highest time rate is 4-13 nights - when you can try out almost anything in the UK. Next, 1-3 nights are suitable for some guests who need a quick rest and can move to another country. The remaining 5 times are less than 9% as it could be a quick holiday or a long vacation. The average time of visit is around 2-3 nights. Therefore, a short trip is still a trend in the present.

TravelPac 2019 Show Some Interesting Things - The quarter chosen by many passengers for many years is Quarter 2 (April - June) and Quarter 3 (July - September). One reason for this is the summer time and festivals time in those months. - Although there are many residents in the UK, the visitors are mostly foreigners in the years 2010-2019. - Air travel is the best choice in the UK. - Traveling to the UK for the purpose of traveling mainly with passengers from EU countries and Asia can become a potential segment in the future. - Holidays & VFRs are primarily UK tourism purposes and Business Purpose will grow in the near future. - An interesting finding is that 35-44 years old becomes the oldest age to come to England. Therefore, it shows that the age of the passengers is becoming more and more significantly increased. - Passengers who keep 4-13 nights are the best option, but short-term trips are a trend in the present and in the future. Recommendations - Quarter 2 and 3 are the months attracting many passengers and the UK needs to invest in those months to earn more income such as creating more events, improving service in all aspects, having better policies to collect attract tourists. - Furthermore, UK carriers should further improve their aviation services, create air services to earn more income for the airline industry. - The UK should upgrade a service to "keep visitors" as well as Asia, for example a shorter, easier visa process to provide a potential development in the near future with an advantage. attracting Asian customers. - With the increasing age, the UK should expand their market to reach more ages.
