INTRODUCTION
End life care means to provide proper care and give good treatment to patients so that they
can get well soon. It is important that patients who are suffering from end life care should get
good treatment and their family members should not face any problem and good facilities should
be provided (Rowland and et.al., 2017). It is the responsibility of health professionals to provide
good treatment so that they can recover fast.

End life issues
End of life seems to be that condition and phase of life in which an individual or patient
fall in such situation and trauma where apart from end nothing can be seen (Walczak and et.al.,
2017). In mine case when I was suffering from Cancer I had saw the end of my life. Cancer as
one of the most serious disease in the medical sector where a patient passes the real pain and
trauma of its life in which he was just reach at that stage of life where there is only darkness and
no light is being present there. When a person suffer from Cancer various changes in its personal
and the professional life take place. This all happened to me also when I was fighting against the
cancer. Here the mental peace and the environment plays an important role wherein an individual
will be recovered from the surrounding positive environment. Cancer is not a small disease but it
can be cured if identified and treated in an initial stage. As when I came to know that I’m
suffering from cancer and it has spread inside my body at a sever scale I loses my all hopes and
perspective of my life. But there my doctors and nurse plays an important role in giving new
light to my life.
Cancer has not only affected my past but it has also put its impacts over the present and
the future too. This can be understood with my story where I was first diagnosed with the cancer
and I lose my hopes but with the passage of time I fight against cancer and for my life and my
family too. Cancer has taught me a new life where I have experience the end of life as well as a
new light to live my future. Cancer itself bears a lots of pain in terms of mental and the physical
when a patient goes and passes from the disease. This is because when a patient suffer from the
cancer then it will lead to bear a lot of pain in terms of mental pressure and emotions along with
pain that an individual feel and bear either at the time of disease and at the time of its treatment.
