PROJECT EVALUATION
Project Managers Report
The entire project was done as per the plan as the schedule, budget and other attributes were fulfilled as
per the plan. The response from the guests were good and the initial study suggests the product will be
successful in the market.
Review of Project Objectives
The project team fulfilled all the objectives in time and ensured that the project did not deviate from the
actual scope. The schedule and budget limitations were also fulfilled by the project team members.
Lessons Learnt
From conducting the entire project, significant lessons have been gathered regarding not only
managing a project but also complex problem solving and team managing. These lessons will help in
future career development in which challenging situations are faced and one must develop problem
solving and management skills to overcome the challenges.
PM Role
As a project manager, I successfully complete the project within time and budget with the help of all
stakeholders and team members. However, I need to develop my team bonding and communication
skills that will help team development and enhance the quality of the project.
