I am interested in getting an RN position, and currently, I work as a Registered Nurse in a skilled
unit at Normandy Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in San Antonio, TX. (2106480101).
I believe that my knowledge of clinical protocol, oral communication, and team coordination
make me an ideal candidate for the RN position.
As a Registered Nurse, I have developed strong skills and valuable experiences that support best
practices in patient care. As a unit supervisor, I was responsible for overseeing patient care and
establish policies and procedures regarding delegating assignments, monitoring patients,
interacting with doctors and orientating new hires. The duty requires meticulous planning and
multidisciplinary team skills along with efficient communication and writing skills.
I have gained extensive experience as a patient’s advocate, communicating with family
members, administering medications, and reporting critical lab results and other faxed
information. I feel confident when responding to critical situations in a stressful environment and
coordinate efficient care management for the patient.
I am always eager to expand my knowledge and experience and would love to bring this passion
to your company as a Registered Nurse. I am confident that my experience and skills regarding
patient care as RN qualify me for consideration.
