OPPORTUNITIES There are many opportunities available to Next plc. The important opportunity is this firm can optimize the retail store in order to increase the sales. Along with this Next plc have many economic opportunities in order to enhance the company strength.
THREATS The major threat to Next plc is highly competitive market. There is one bid brands which is considered to be the biggest competitor of Next plc named: Mark and Spencer. Along with this two other brands Arcadia and Primark are trying to overtake the market and sales of Next plc.
CONCLUSION From the above discussion it can be concluded that Next plc is a good sale company dealing in clothes. This organisation have ability to become more successful by investing the large amount of money on designing new casual clothes rather than formal clothes. Along with this particular firm can also enhance the sales by consolidating the internet marketing and buying.
