frying pan as requested by you. In acknowledgement of the letter you had sent , we have
decided to replace the frying pan that you had purchased from our company. We
examined the product and found out that it was rightly claimed to have developed rust
within the period of one month. We would like to inform you that this a rare case and we
are going to take it as a major concern to avoid further discrepancies. The entire
Thompson’ Kitchen Supply company apologises to you for the inconvenience you had to
face.

the needs of our customers. Hence, we are determined to replace your product without
any further delay and the new frying pan will be delivered to your previous address
within 24- 48 hours. Kindly return the damaged product so that it can be sent for testing.
