The following chapter has been based on the discussion of tourism. The tourism
industry has been one of the fastest growing industries of the world and thus the development
of the tourism industry can lead to a better future. The most contemporary terms of tourism
includes the likes of sustainable tourism. The sustainable tourism has been provided extra
care and the management of the tourism companies generally stresses on the importance of
biological diversity and last gap tourism in a much efficient manner. Last chance tourism is a
type of tourism that enjoys a specific targeted market and attracts a large number of visitors
in order to ensure success. However, last chance tourism, given its absence of proper
planning and timing results in negative outcomes. The example of Cuba however deviates
from the fact that the last gap tourism has the chances of major problems that leads to
different issues within the organization.
The second chapter provides a picture of last chance tourism and details out the
following fact in a much systematic and informative manner. First of all the promotion of last
chance tourism can be helpful for the promotion of the organization in a structured manner.
Apart from this increasing demand of the sustainable tourism can change the tourism picture
of the globe in a positive manner. However, there are also some major areas that define that
the last chance tourism has much relation with “ego-Tourism” and thus the tourists generally
search for some unique nature in the tourism. Therefore the agents of tourism has an
important task to play out as they have to ensure the success of the tourism function in the
most proper and effective element in order to ensure success. Climate change therefore
remains a conclusive issue as because in short term tourism communities and the business in
a long term.
