This letter is about informing you about our employee’s English proficiency skills as evaluated by our experts and the details of his job description that he was appointed with for the last 1 year as the “Merchandise Handler in Gap Warehouse and Distribution Centre”. The employee was appointed as the Merchandise Handler in the Distribution centre of Gap Inc. The job responsibility primarily included managing the different works at the distribution centre, and the primary job assigned to me was that of “Performing data entry through computer terminals or Remote Data Terminals (RDT)”. Therefore he was required to keep a track on the incoming and outgoing assignments and to update the database about the stocks.
