Tribunal Observation Report
The United Kingdom Tribunal system is the part of the national system of administrative
justice of United Kingdom where it has been classified with the non-departmental public bodies.
It has provided different types of rules, legislation and procedure of Judicial System that helps to
find disputes and process the court appeal proceedings through various legal system in the Court
of Appeal and UK Supreme Court.

always process the hearing in an open court where public can attend the judicial system, hear the
judges, and become the evidence of live judicial process. Sometimes court proceedings have
occurred in a private room where judge along with the victims, accused and attorneys attends the
court proceedings. In this matter the judge, give their private judgment for the case.
