INTRODUCTION
Corporate social responsibility
refers to a model in which
business are concerned about
environmental and social integrity
in operations. (Gasaway, 2017)

Identify the problem.
This situation is based on working life
balance that is related to CSR.
(Ballakrishnen, 2021). It refers to a level
of program that can create an existence
with social responsibility.

Analyse causes of problem
Working life balance is very essential in business. It assist in maintain
high engagement of employees and retention(Eckleberry-Hunt,
Kirkpatrick and Barbera, 2018). But there are some issues that can face
by workers in workplace, some of them are discusses below:
• Inflexible Working Hours
• Overbearing bosses

Present a potential solution
Bringing flexibility in workplace:
Employees should be given choice to select
the job duration( Mazerolle and Eason, 2018).
This will help in adjusting their working
hours as per their needs.

Discuss strengths and weaknesses
Bringing flexibility in workplace:
• Strength: Employees will feel relaxed as they can mange their
personal as well as professional work simultaneously
• Weakness: Staff members can take the flexibility as for granted and
may not focus on their work properly (Weber, 2020). This can also
make them inefficient in handling work pressure.

CONCLUSION
It is being conclude from above PPT is that working life balance
leads a major role in organisation which relate to corporate social
responsibility. It is very important for every business to create such
an environment that can help in tackling problems in order to
maintain company growth and providing social welfare to their staff.
