organization is planning to expand. The organization that is planning to expand its operations
is Eniverse Technologies and the product that is being planned to launch is Drone. Singapore
has been selected as the country where Drones will be launched. The external environment of
Singapore is also analysed in the report in detail. The effect of the political, economic and the
technological environment of Singapore on the profitability of Drones are analysed in the
report. The recommendations have been provided to the organization so that it can expand its

The report will be based on the product named “Drone” that is being manufactured in
Dubai by the Eniverse Technologies. The organization will offer its products in the market of
Dubai by the year 2020. However, it is also planning for international expansion which will
be helpful in increasing the profitability of the company. The organization is planning to start
its operations with the help of five drones (Visser and Tolhurst 2017).
The main concept that is related to the operations of Drones in the market is changing
the mechanism of traditional delivery and providing the food delivery with the help of
drones. The delivery process with the help of drones is predicted to be cheaper as compared
to the traditional methods that are used for delivery relayed purposes. The country that has
been chosen for the expansion of the operations of the organization is Singapore. The major
reason behind the choice of Singapore as the country for expansion is the stable economy and
the developed conditions of the country (Ho 2014).
Analysis of PESTLE framework
PESTLE framework is major tool that is used by the strategists and the marketers of
the organization for analysing the external environment where the organizations operate. The
external factors mainly include the macro-environmental conditions of the country or region
where the organizations operate. PESTLE is a tool that is mainly used by the managers to
assess the various risks that are related to the environment of operations of the organization.
This tool helps the company to analyse the various factors that affect the profitability of the
organization. This analysis can further help the organization to make strategic decisions that
are suitable for the company in the long term (Marttunen, Lienert and Belton 2017). This
provides the managers with knowledge and diverse viewpoints about the functioning of the

the government can influence the industry or the economy of the country. The taxes that are
imposed by the government can further impact the revenues that are generated by the
organizations in the industry. The policies of the government are able to change the entire
structures of revenue generation of the various organizations. The major political factors
include the trade tariffs, fiscal policy which the government levies on the organizations (Paul,
Yeates and Cadle 2014).
Economic factors – These are factors which are major determinants of the economic
performance of the company that affect the long-term operations of the company. The rise in
the inflation rate of the economy can affect the prices of the services or products that are
offered by the organization. The supply and the demands, the exchange rates, inflation rates
are all major parts of the economic factors.
Social factors – These factors help in scrutinizing the social environment of the
country where the organization is planning to start its operations or is operating currently.

affect the health of the environment. These factors are also related to the sustainability of the
organization in the environment for a long time. The changes that are related to the weather,
climate, geographical locations and the entire environment are a significant part of the

Political factors of Singapore – Singapore was ruled by a single party in the later
part of the 1980s. The country has been dominated by People’s Action Party and the former
Prime Minister of the country Lee Kuna in the year 1959. The country was then ruled by the
other parties like the Socialist Party which was formed after PAP split in the year 1961.
Singapore has a stable political environment which has been able to provide huge number of

diversification and economic development of the country. This will be helpful for Eniverse
Technologies to operate its business in the country. Singapore is considered to be one of the
world’s highest prosperous nations which further leads to high buying power of the
