The organization will offer its products in the market of Dubai by the year 2020. However, it is also planning for international expansion which will be helpful in increasing the profitability of the company. The organization is planning to start its operations with the help of five drones (Visser and Tolhurst 2017). The main concept that is related to the operations of Drones in the market is changing the mechanism of traditional delivery and providing the food delivery with the help of drones. The delivery process with the help of drones is predicted to be cheaper as compared to the traditional methods that are used for delivery relayed purposes. The country that has been chosen for the expansion of the operations of the organization is Singapore. The major reason behind the choice of Singapore as the country for expansion is the stable economy and the developed conditions of the country (Ho 2014). Analysis of PESTLE framework PESTLE framework is major tool that is used by the strategists and the marketers of the organization for analysing the external environment where the organizations operate. The external factors mainly include the macro-environmental conditions of the country or region where the organizations operate.
