renewable energy, electricity and value-added services ("Enmax.com", n.d.). Enmax serves
clients in Alberta, Canada.
Enmax Company confronts corporate social responsibility (CSR) both internally and
externally making it a unique company in energy industry. Internally, it looks at the primary
issues with regards to its internal responsibilities ranging from employee’s working conditions as
well as their rights and attitudes towards clients, shareholders and suppliers. Externally the
company strives to comply with its legal responsibilities based on law, legislation and its duties
