INTRODUCTIONCreating a safe work environment is one of the important tasks for a manager or for theorganizational policy. Safe workplace is the most important and essential term to addresspotential dangers before they become an issue. Scope of workplace safety depends upon the sizeof business. Present study will be representing the role of workplace safety and their policiesoriginated by WHS for employee’s protection. For that, Morrisons will be taken intoconsideration. Present study will explain the commitment of company towards WHS legislationand duties of holders towards workplace safety. Further, many concepts associated withworkplace safety will be discussed in the report.MAIN BODY ACTIVITY 11A. Organisation commitment to work health safety policiesWork health safety is based on national model legislation which is compulsorily needs tobe adopted by Morrisons to keep the employees satisfied and happy (Barua, Wiersma andAnsary, 2018). Aim of the WHS policy is to protect the health and safety at work by imposingobligations on all employees. This makes the process challenging and leading manageable tasks.Main goal of organization is to commit all roles and responsibilities towards employee safety. The main role of employer is to make new employees comfortable and keep themprotected from dangerous things. Employer needs to maintained all employer records in order tomeasure the best possible action plan for risk analysis. This makes the long term goals andobjectives in terms of making goal oriented process (Bibby, 2017). It also helps to make leadingand challenging decision making approach. To make challenging performing goals. Companyalso needs to organize safety induction policies for new joiners to make them aware from futureuncertainties. Besides, Morrisons also commit work health safety by adopting the trainingassessment for new employees as well as to make them all satisfied and happy.1B.
