INTRODUCTIONSafety of employees is a responsibilities of every organization, they can develop somerules which can assist them in reducing the chances of accidents at workplace. Some of theworkers are working in a hazardous condition which is not good for their health. ANZ bank isone of the a leading company in banking sector of Australia, they are running their business invarious part of their domestic country. This assignment will include WHS system ofmanagement that is present at a work area. Procedures for identification of hazards and riskcontrol will also become part of this file. TASK 1 1.1 Organisation's commitment towards WHS legislationANZ bank is serious about the safety of their employees and other people who visit theirbank. They made a commitment that they will conduct and external audit buy a certified auditorin regular interval of time so they can find the faults in their health and safety managementsystem. They are going to work on mainly three elements, first is identification of hazards andanalyse risks (Lee, Wong and Lau, 2016). This will help them in finding the core reason ofbehind happening of an incidents. Planning cannot assure safety at work area, cited organisationunderstand this so they decided to give equal importance to the implementation of programmes.The third elements is promotion of well being of employees by support according to their need. 1.2 Responsibility of personnels at workplace regarding WHS Senior managers of company are accountable for any injury or health issue faced by anemployee at workplace. They are responsible for making effective polices which should alsocontain regulations made by government. Worker are play significant role in execution ofvarious programmes relating safety at workplace. They must follow all the produce and theyshould spread awareness among their college regarding follow up of the rules which are made byorganisation for well being of employees. They must also tell their customers about the risksinvolved in premises in order to save them from any risky situation. 1.3 Identification of financial requirements and human resource need WHSMS Cited organisation will need some fund for pasting various posters on wall regardingwarnings against risk, they have to spend money on buying safety equipments like fireextinguisher. According to the policy made by ANZ bank, they will organize various events for
