Entrepreneurs have several characteristics, traits and skills
which are essential for the success of their business.
Through these, they can tackle the different situations of
marketplace effectively. Tom Mercer and Mark Zuckerberg
are taken for this presentation. This presentation will cover
the Characteristics, skills and trait of entrepreneur along
with the entrepreneurial aspects reflect personality, mindset
and motivation.

Characteristic, traits and skill of entrepreneur
An Entrepreneur has inherent unique skills, traits and
characteristic that differentiate them from other individuals
such as employees, managers etc. which helps them to
establish a successful venture. This task covers two well-
known entrepreneurs that are providing effective goods and
services to its customers. Mark Zuckerberg and Tom Mercer
are taken in this presentation.

Characteristic of an entrepreneur
Hard & smart work- To achieve expected result, an
entrepreneur works durable and in continues way until
they accomplish company goals.
Passion- This is an essential skill that helps an entrepreneur
to formulate goals and targets according to their passion.
For this, an individuals need to develop those goals which
make positive result.

Skills
Leadership- This skill helps an entrepreneur to encourage
other individuals to enhance and emerge them for achieving
the targets of an organisation. With the implementation of this
skill, Mark and Mercer guide and lead their employees so they
accomplish their goal within predetermine period.
Innovation- An entrepreneur has ability to analyse and predict
market environment in efficient way. This helps to
manufacture a unique product or service which satisfies
demand of the customers in effective way.

Traits
Confident- For a successful entrepreneur, this trait is essential
because it helps organisation to gain effective results. Like
confident person or entrepreneur easily influence customers to
purchase their products such as through interactive

Tom Mercer- The Tom Mercer is the successful
entrepreneur who establish a successful venture which is
named as MOMA that provide healthy breakfast to its
customers.
Background- Tom is a graduate from Cambridge national
university and started his career from a London based private
company.

his career in London based private company. So it is difficult
for him to prepare or manager healthy breakfast early in the
morning. This generate an idea in his mind to open a business
through which they provides or offers healthy breakfast to

Mark Zuckerberg- Mark is the successful and well known
entrepreneur who is successfully running its business or social
website in overall world.
Background- In the initial stage of his early life, Mark
was interested in software or computing sector. The passion
that is inherent in the Zuckerberg helps him to establish a
well- known website.

Experience- During the study time of Marks was interested in
computers and software system as his father always support
him for this goal. At time of graduation Marks develops
several software for management, accounting etc. that
generate more interest in information technology sector. So
many companies approached to work with him.

several characteristics, traits that reflect the personality and
mind set of entrepreneurs such as passion and leadership
skill that differ them from an individual.
