Enterprise Architecture: The conceptual blueprint which is used for defining the structure and the
operations of an organization is known as enterprise architecture. The main intention for
enterprise architecture is determination the effectiveness of the current and future objectives of
the organization.
EA component: The three most important components of EA are data sharing, data context and
data description.
EA artefact: The spate documents which combines together to form the Enterprise architecture is
known as the EA artefact. The description of an organization from the perceptions of the
different actors involved in the deskinning making and IT system implementation are provided
by EA artefact.

Program Project

Outcome measures: The midterm results are known as outcome measures, which are not yielded
immediately but certainly over the course of a project. For example, in a human rights workshop
the participants starts to mobilize their community the effect would be yielded at end of the
project.
Output measures: The measures which yield results immediately after being implemented are
output measures. For example, in a human rights workshop the participants are made aware of
the issues in human rights immediately.

Goals and Initiative: This layer is associated with the strategic planning and measuring the
performances of the project.
Product and Services: This layer is associated with the business plans, investment portfolio and
business process management.
Data and Information: This layer is associated with the Information and data which are required
to be flow within the organization and managed efficiently.
Systems and Application: This layer is associated with the business system and support system
installed for the project.
Network and Infrastructure: This layer is associated with the hardware and LAN technologies.
Security Solution: This layer is associated with the security program and data privacy.

Implementation methodology: This element performs the specification for the steps of
establishing and maintain an EA program.
Associated Best Practices: This element provides proven ways for the implementation of the
parts and the sub parts of overall architecture.
