Introduction:-
The Enterprise architecture is an appropriate practice for showing enterprise
investigation, planning, design, and execution, using an inclusive methodology at all times, for
the ongoing expansion and implementation of the strategy. EA assist industries structure IT
policies and projects to accomplish desired economic consequences and to stay on the highest
position of industry developments and interruptions using architecture ideologies. This EA wants
to take into justification the existing embedded base of IT properties, the current EA, the firm's
viewpoints and practices, the desired industry strategy, and the available outlines to progress a
new EA or adapt the existing one. In this report are describing three organizational case study
where these EA methodologies are applying directly.

SteelCo:-
Answer 1:-
SteelCo is one of the most significant steel-producing organization. In the current time,
these manufacturing industries are divided into two major parts, such as Alpha and Beta1. Two
major sectors are administered from the central headquarter and report their financial to top
business administrators for their contemplation. Hereafter, the matrix administrative architecture
will be the highest suitable for this category of an organization where not only upright
communication but also parallel communication amongst the different departments will improve
the functionality of the industry. The IT division needs to link to entire departments for enhanced

management of computerized processes. Another Division Beta must have a communal division
of corporate facilities, which are the Finance, human resources and IT2. Every one of the three
central un3its, including manufacturing procedures, distribution networks and sales and
marketing operations, should be involved with the above-mentioned typical sections.
Answer 2:-
This company needs some specific number of an architect who is constructing these
organization's entire business structure. Division alpha and division beta want to invest in their
entire processes like HR, IT, sales and production. In the division, alpha is hiring more than 150
in house expert and more than 100 outside dealers on a full-time basis. If the number of
architects is more than 250 (internal and external), then they efficiently manage this all activities
of the Alpha value chain. The organization should employ more than 50 executives who are
reporting the progress ration of two-division and also helps to set their agendas and competitive
strategies3. The problematic and dynamic division beta also offers three different product core
lines and also concentrated on several commercial segments4. The entire goods are invented from
comparable raw materials and machinery created from equivalent suppliers. That is the main
reason Division Beta is employed more than 450 employees who are very much capable of IT
works.
In the meantime, this manufacturing organization includes a matrix design of
administrative architecture. It will involve separate administrators for every one of the sections in
