Basically, this organization offers online learning facilities for the students and they want to work in partnership with various communities, industries as well as businesses for providing multiple learning experiences. This report reveals Baseline and Target Company, Application, Knowledge, and Technology Architectures using the right ArchiMate or TOGAF viewpoints.In this particular report, the discussions are carried out with designing a new enterprise architecture for AusEd using Archi software so that they could fulfill their desired objectives and conduct business processes.In this report, the discussions are moved out on the organizational framework and the essential company operations alongside processes.Furthermore, this report also explains the target refinement architecture, the prospective company structure and analysis of gap in context to AusEd Inc. Installation of Archimate and Creation of New model A new Model “AusEd.archimate” has been designed as illustrated in Figure 1 with respect to the provided case of AusEd Inc that offers online learning services to students. The diagram depicted below shows the various levels or functions of the organization that are required to operate their business. In this report, it has been identified that the operations and business processes of the organization can be carried out successfully by properly mitigating the existing issues within AusEd Inc.From the analysis of AusEd Inc case, it has been identified that there is a requirement to adopt a new business process architecture for improving the learning experience of the students associated with this organization.
