ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE APPLICATIONS2IntroductionThis report is based on AusEd Inc that provides IT programs through online learning sothat students can acquire a degree without visiting campus of any university. Basically, thisorganization offers online learning facilities for the students and they want to work in partnershipwith various communities, industries as well as businesses for providing multiple learningexperiences. This report reveals Baseline and Target Company, Application, Knowledge, andTechnology Architectures using the right ArchiMate or TOGAF viewpoints. In this particularreport, the discussions are carried out with designing a new enterprise architecture for AusEdusing Archi software so that they could fulfill their desired objectives and conduct businessprocesses. In this report, the discussions are moved out on the organizational framework and theessential company operations alongside processes. Furthermore, this report also explains thetarget refinement architecture, the prospective company structure and analysis of gap in contextto AusEd Inc.Installation of Archimate and Creation of New modelA new Model “AusEd.archimate” has been designed as illustrated in Figure 1 withrespect to the provided case of AusEd Inc that offers online learning services to students. Thediagram depicted below shows the various levels or functions of the organization that arerequired to operate their business. The diagram reflects the flow of data or process within theorganization and how it is handled within the various department or levels. The sub processeswithin the major business processes of the organization has also been presented in the diagram.The data management in AusEd is being handled by DBMS and Application server apart fromthe other components within their network.
