Inthe past few years, almost two decades, the methods and practices of EA governance, is facing alot of challenges. An enterprise architecture is approached as a technical model, and thus itignores the social issues which erupt due to its implementation (Geng, Niu and Li, 2014). Inenterprise architectural structure, people from various cultures, that is both origin andcorporation, have to function together. In a diverse culture teams, having an effectivecommunication is a challenge which all the organizations face. Due to inappropriatecommunication, there have been always some misunderstandings, which affects the trust andunderstanding between people and also results in inadequate sharing of knowledge. Some othersocial problems are the equal rights to use information and the conversion of the social structure(Seigerroth, 2011). The technical issues associated with the enterprise architecture governance, isthat today the structures are more complex both functionally and structurally.
