Introduction
The nature of business environment is dynamic and it keeps on changing. It
becomes important to track the trends in market so that right actions are taken. The
business enterprises must monitor the situation of the market so that they are able to
take innovative actions (Dzwigol, Dzwigol-Barosz and Kwilinski, 2020). It is important
to have creative culture in the organization so that better products and services are
delivered to the customers. In this essay there is discussion related to the meaning
of enterprise culture, creativity and innovation. The relationship among them is also
mentioned in the essay. It is important to monitor the contribution to social and
economic progress.

Enterprise culture can be defined as the values, beliefs, norms and assumptions
that are necessary to handle the behavior of enterprise. It basically includes the behavior
of internal stakeholders so that the organization is able to manage the work. The
behavior of the individuals is highlighted that helps to make the organization successful.
It is necessary to have positive culture within organization so that all the working is
managed properly (Hnatenko and et.al., 2020). The business organization must take
care of all the employees at the time of decision making as it is necessary for the overall
success and growth. It is also examined that the organization that has clear and smooth
communication are able to attain success and goals in smooth manner. This helps to
bring good situation in the company so that they are able to attain the goals and
objectives effectively. It also assists in the achieve the vision of the company as they get
direction to work (Hughes and et.al., 2018). The enterprise culture is important for overall
growth and success of the enterprise. It enhances the performance of the students and
then develop the overall organization. For example, Tesco has positive culture that keeps
the employees of company motivated and they are able to attain success and growth.
Creativity is the ability to develop new and imaginative ideas and then convert the
same into reality. There is need of creativity in the business enterprise so that they are
able to take suitable actions. There are various complexities that are being faced by the
customers (Walia, 2019). By having creativity, the business is able to solve them and
provide effective solution. This is necessary for having good presence in the market. By

analyzing the problem of the customers, creative solution can be given to them so that all
the problems are solved on time. This is necessary to develop the brand image of the
business and to sustain in the market effectively. For example, Dyson comes with
creative solution for the problems of customers. They are able to attract the customers
and retain them for longer duration of time due to the creative ideas.
Innovation is the process of converting the creative idea into goods or services.
This helps to provide new to the customers as per their preferences. The taste and wants
to customers keep o changing so there in need of innovation (Chen, Yin and Mei, 2018).
It helps the enterprise to add new features so that the customers live the services.
Innovation reduces the boredom of customers and helps to avail new services. There is
need of using latest technology so that best is provided to the customers. In today’s
competitive era the enterprise that is able to use innovation is more successful and gains
lead. There is need of creative mind set in order to bring the most innovative idea. There
is a process that is being followed in order to bring innovation (Durmanov and et.al.,
2020). The market research is one of the important step that is being undertaken and it
helps to attain success. The research helps to analyses the trend and problems and after
this use of brainstorming is done to come up with latest solutions. There is need of using
new and latest ideas so that best actions are taken in favor of the enterprise and their
customers. The process of implementation is done and after that a protocol is being
tested so that the feedback is taken. There is key role of innovation in bringing success
for the business.
It is important to understand the relationship between the three terms enterprise
culture, creativity and innovation. The culture of the company brings creativity. If all the
employees of a business and satisfied and able to work together effectively they give
creative ideas. There is need of providing regular training to the employees so that their
confidence level is enhance. The level of confidence and motivation in working is
important to employees so that they are able to take necessary actions (Lee and et.al.,
2020). Creativity can be bought in some one but having positive work culture in the
company will lead to effective working. It is important to provide recognize and reward
the good work done by the employee’s so that company so that they are able to work as
per the creative ideas. It is analyzed that having positive culture helps to bring more
creativity in the employees. It clearly implies that there is a positive relationship among
them. The managers of the company work to analyses the trend in market and the use of

creative ideas so that best innovative idea is taken into consideration.
Creativity goes hand in hand with innovation. This means having creative persons
in the enterprise helps to come up with more innovative ideas. In today’s time there is
key role of having creative employees so that the working of company is managed
properly. The higher authority focuses on the bringing such a culture that stimulates and
promotes creativity and innovation. There is need of working as per the situation and
market conditions. In order to bring innovation there is need of having employees that are
creative and are able to manage the work. The contribution of creative employees in
company plays a major role as they help to bring best output. In order to becomes
successful, the company requires innovation and that comes with creativity (Asbari and
et.al., 2021). There is direct relationship among these three terms. So the business
organizations must understand the needs of customers and work to fulfill them in
appropriate manner. The process of innovation involves creativity and helping all the
working staff. For example, Tesco wants to bring innovation in their product range and for
that reason they will require help of creative employees. There are discussions and
meetings conducted that assist the to carry on brainstorming. This give rise to various
creative ideas and the organization has to choose among them. This shows having
positive culture by Tesco helps them to come up with creative ideas that are necessary
to attain better position. The creativity is incomplete without innovation. As the use of
best idea will help the employees of company to manage the work and bring innovation.
There is need of undertaking the technological advancements that are necessary
for the growth and success of the business. In today’s time, the education system is
designed in such a manner that all the students have creativity. This is necessary for
them to attain good position at the time of doing job as well. The use of creativity is
important for all the working employees so that they are able to manage the working.
Along with that, by bringing innovation the creativity level of employees is enhanced. The
experience of using new technology makes the students effective so that they are able to
attain good position and enhances creativity (Lee, Hallak and Sardeshmukh, 2019). It is
analyzed that creative, enterprise culture and innovation are interrelated with each other.
By examining all the trend in the market as regular research is important to promote
creativity in them. There is key role of creativity to make the enterprise successful. The
creative organizations are able to gain advantage over the competitors that are present

in the market. There is important role of having best suitable employees in the company
and motivating them to come up with new ideas that will make the business successful.
There is economic development being observed by the enhancement of
creativity and innovation. It is seen that the use of latest technology leads to
economic progress (Gajdzik and Wolniak, 2022). If there is good culture of the
company, there will be rise ion rate of retention of employees. They will get their
wages in time and this will help to enhance the spending power of the employees.
Along with that this will also enhance the rate of employment because more people
will work to grab the employment opportunities. The cultural backgrounds of the
employees motivate them to carry on a good job and work in effective manner. The
use of creativity and has bought a lot of innovations and technological advancements
(Rezaeian, 2021). This has enhanced the need of employees to manage the
technology. The increased in rate of employment is positive for success and growth
of the nation. The customers are also attracted towards the latest products and
ready to spend more money on the products and services. This enhanced the
business and their profitability position. This also rises the GDP of the nation and
contribution made by the business. The business that is creative in nature gains lead
over the competitors and get support of government. The policies of government are
also in favor of the business that contribute to economic success.
There is social development as the needs and wants of the customers are
fulfilled in effective manner by the innovation and creativity. The needs and
preferences of the customers must be examined and this satisfies their social needs.
In regard to requirement of the customers, the businesses take actions to develop
themselves and provide them the tools that will help to attain success. The
innovation develops the people and their living standards. By using creativity and
latest technology the best is provided to the customers. The updates are beneficial to
achieve success and enhance the working of the customers (Ferreira, Coelho and
Moutinho, 2020). The social development is associated with the good culture being
provided to the customers. The needs and wants of population are satisfied in better
manner and good services are being provided to the customers. The problems faced
by the customers come to an end as the business enterprise come with some or the
other solution. Overall quality of life is enhanced by the use of latest technology. The
community members are satisfied by the services provided to them and this leads to

and provide them better opportunities to lead their life in effective manner. The role
